Wedding Bells will be heard in summer of 2007!!!

Hey guy's, want to welcome you to the official wedding party blog. This blog will become very important as our wedding plans begin to grow wings and take off.

So far, it will only be granted access to those who are in the wedding party but as the date gets closer, we may have more people join in that will also be playing an important part in the planning process. Matt and Keira had a wedding party blog and it proved very important and helpful in keeping everyone informed and up to date on things that were happening. I am so excited!!! oh, not all of the wedding party has been notified as of yet, so don't worry... there will be more people joining in the near future.

Update on where we are in the planning scheme:
~ We have found a couple ceremony places that we are interested in... one being way more $ than we wanted to pay and the other being a good option but we don't know if we are sold on it or not. I may try to look at another place in Winfield on the lake, and then there is the option of trying to get a hold of the lady for the place where Keira and Matt got married, to see if we can do it on a different part of that property.
~ We were looking at Okanagan College in Vernon for the reception area, but they are in the process of switching over catering companies and because we have decided to not go with a caterer, and do it ourselves instead (more detail later) they can't gaurantee us a booking.
~ I am still waiting to hear from Lindsay and get the specs on the Church that she mentioned for a reception area.

Other than that, just need to hopefully get the parents together at Easter and go over the budget.
